CODE OF CONDUCT
All students enrolled in the School’s online or hybrid programs must adhere to the Student Code of Conduct. Students are expected to demonstrate respect, responsibility, integrity, and compliance with School policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Misconduct occurring during School activities or on School platforms may result in disciplinary action.
Student Conduct Standards
All students are expected to:
- Demonstrate respect toward peers and staff
- Follow online classroom rules and teacher directions
- Follow hybrid center policies and staff directions (when applicable)
- Attend classes regularly and participate as required
- Complete assignments honestly and maintain academic integrity
- Use technology responsibly and safely
- Communicate appropriately in all School channels
- Participate in SEL routines and reflection activities
- Honor digital citizenship expectations and contribute positively to the community

Digital Citizenship Standards
Students must:
- Protect passwords and account access
- Report unsafe or concerning content promptly
- Use respectful language in all online environments
- Follow copyright and intellectual property rules
- Avoid sharing personal information inappropriately
- Behave responsibly in all digital spaces (School-related or impacting the School community)
Bullying and Cyberbullying Prohibition
Bullying—including cyberbullying—is strictly prohibited. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Threats or intimidation
- Harassment or targeted abuse
- Spreading rumors
- Exclusion or coercive peer behavior
- Impersonation
- Doxxing or sharing personal information
The School will investigate all reports and respond as required by law and School procedures.
Academic Integrity and Anti-Cheating Requirements
Students must complete their own work and follow academic honesty standards. Prohibited actions include:
- Copying answers or submitting plagiarized work
- Sharing test items or assessment content
- Using AI tools without permission
- Submitting work completed by others
- Unauthorized collaboration
Consequences may range from redo requirements to suspension depending on severity and frequency.
