504 ACCOMMODATIONS

Nondiscrimination Policy

The School does not discriminate on the basis of disability, learning difference, medical condition, mental health need, neurological difference, or developmental delay. Admissions decisions are based on the School’s capacity to serve the student safely and appropriately.

Section 504 Compliance

The School complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and provides reasonable accommodations to ensure students with disabilities have equal access to educational opportunities.

Accommodation Determination

504-style accommodations are identified through the SST process and documented within the SSP. Accommodations are individualized based on documented need and School capacity.
