Submit a free registration request to begin the admissions review for AI Edge Academy's online, on-site, or hybrid learning programs. Completing this form begins the process but does not complete enrollment.

A parent or guardian should complete the request and provide accurate information for the admissions review.

  • Student's full name and date of birth
  • Parent or guardian contact information
  • Grade applying for, Kindergarten through Grade 12
  • Preferred learning format and desired start date
  • Previous school information, if applicable
  • Recent report card, transcript, IEP, or 504 Plan, if requested

There is no fee to apply or submit a registration request. No payment is collected through the initial registration request.

What happens next

After you submit the request

  1. Admissions review

    Our admissions team reviews the submitted student and family information.

  2. Follow-up and documents

    A school representative may request academic records or other supporting documents.

  3. Consultation and placement

    The family may be invited to discuss program fit, learning needs, and grade placement.

  4. Acceptance and enrollment

    Accepted families complete the Enrollment Agreement, required acknowledgments, and payment setup.

  5. Account setup and onboarding

    The school prepares student and parent access, orientation, and program-start information.
