Board & Audit Use1. Tuition and Payment Structure
Annual tuition for all K–12 students is $7,995 per academic year, including core instruction, LMS access, and technology support.

Teachers are paid on the 15th and 30th of each month.
Vendor and platform expenses are paid on the 1st.
This schedule supports stable cash flow and fiscal accountability.
2. Refund Policy

3. Academic Performance Stipend (Student Excellence Grant)
Students maintaining a B+ average (≥ 87%) and completing all homework on time qualify for a $10 weekly stipend, limited to $520 per academic year.
- Classified as an Academic Grant (non-employment award)
- Paid as tuition credits or electronic stipends
- Eligibility reviewed monthly
4. Compliance and Transparency
- Aligned with Cognia accreditation and U.S. Department of Education standards
- Policies published on the official website for audit and transparency
- Electronic signatures via DocuSign or DocHub (E-SIGN / UETA)
- Encrypted policy records retained for 7 years
