What the school fee covers
The yearly school fee covers school. It does not cover after school. It does not cover food.
After school
School finishes in the afternoon. If you need us to keep your child longer, you can. Choose the time you need.

These are added to the yearly school fee. They are not part of it.
What a day includes
When you pay for a day, that day includes everything we run that afternoon: help with homework, science, robotics and the STEM programmes here in our building. For that day there is nothing else to buy.

What tuition covers
Tuition covers classes, access to the school's online learning system, and technical support. On-site programs also include in-person classes at AI Edge Academy's Southampton campus.
No tuition discounts. The Academic Performance Stipend described below is a separate incentive and is not a tuition discount.
Additional payment terms
Late fee
$100 when payment is received more than four business days after the applicable due date.
Credit card surcharge
4.5% of the card payment.
Transcript copies
$5 per additional copy after the first copy.

Refund policy
All refunds are calculated on the refundable portion of tuition after the non-refundable $500 registration fee.
