  • Breakouts follow safety guidelines

Incident Response Procedures

If a safety incident occurs:

  • Supervisor assesses the situation
  • First aid is provided (if trained)
  • Administration is contacted
  • Parents are notified
  • Incident is documented
  • Insurance report filed if needed

Lost or Missing Child Protocol

Steps:

  • Notify administration immediately

  • Contact parent
  • Contact law enforcement if not found promptly
  • Document the full timeline

Student Removal for Safety Reasons

Students may be removed from a trip for:
