- Students in Kindergarten through Grade 12
- Students from the United States and other countries applying to the online program
- Homeschooled students transitioning to a school-managed learning pathway
- Students who benefit from flexible or personalized educational support

Admission requirements
Families should be prepared to provide the information needed for an admissions review.
- A completed online registration request
- The student's most recent academic records or report card
- Prior school and grade-level information
- IEP, 504 Plan, or other learning-support documents, if applicable
- A placement assessment or baseline academic review, if applicable
- A completed Enrollment Agreement and required acknowledgments after acceptance
Additional documentation may be requested based on the student's grade level, location, learning needs, or selected program.

Accepted families complete the Enrollment Agreement, required acknowledgments, and payment setup.

Set up the student account
The school creates the student record, parent portal access, learning plan, and onboarding instructions.

Begin orientation and placement
The student completes orientation and, if applicable, a placement assessment or academic review before beginning the first weekly learning plan.

Placement is based on student records, readiness, and school review.

AI Edge Academy offers rolling admissions throughout the year. Student start dates depend on program availability, grade-level placement, admissions review, and onboarding completion.

The online World Campus serves families across the United States and worldwide. Online learning materials and parent portal access are available remotely, with scheduled check-ins and support from teachers and school staff.
