STUDENT REGISTRATION
The School provides equitable, non-discriminatory access to enrollment for all eligible students in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including voucher and scholarship program requirements. Student registration processes ensure accurate placement, technology readiness, accessibility, and legal documentation from inquiry through matriculation.
Registration Procedures:
Student registration is completed exclusively through the School’s secure online enrollment system. Families must:
- Create a parent/guardian account
- Submit a completed Student Enrollment Application
- Upload all required documentation, including proof of residency (if applicable), age verification, health and immunization records, custody documents, and voucher documentation
- Complete and electronically sign all required agreements, including:
- Parent/Student Learning Agreement
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Technology Agreement
- Student Code of Conduct
- Certify understanding of online and hybrid learning expectations
- Participate in mandatory virtual orientation sessions
Incomplete or unverified applications will not be processed. Enrollment is granted on a first-come, first-served basis unless capacity limits require the use of a lottery.
Eligibility and Priority:
Students must meet age, grade-level, and program eligibility requirements. Enrollment priority is as follows:
- Returning students
- Siblings of enrolled students
- Children of staff (as permitted)
- New applicants
Enrollment may be capped due to staffing ratios or facility limitations.
Voucher-Funded Enrollment:
Students enrolling through state-funded voucher or scholarship programs must comply with all state requirements, including submission of required documentation through applicable state portals. Failure to maintain voucher compliance may result in loss of funding, conversion to private-pay enrollment, or removal from the enrollment queue.
Technology Readiness and Accessibility:
Families must maintain minimum technology requirements, including reliable internet access and a compatible device. Accommodations and assistive technologies may be provided for students with disabilities or limited technology access, subject to review and documentation by the Support Services Team.
Student Records:
Upon registration, the School establishes a secure digital cumulative file containing enrollment documents, academic records, attendance data, behavior reports, and required agreements. Access is restricted to authorized personnel in accordance with FERPA.
