ASSESSMENT IRREGULARITIES
A. Types of Irregularities
Assessment irregularities may include, but are not limited to, cheating, use of unauthorized tools, sharing or recording test content, technical disruptions, proctor misconduct, environmental interruptions, or assessment platform malfunctions.
B. Response and Consequences
When an irregularity is suspected, the School follows a formal response procedure, which includes documentation, notification of the testing coordinator, evidence review, determination of impact, submission of required reports, and parent notification when applicable.
Consequences may include test invalidation, restorative interventions, parent conferences, behavioral consequences, or notification to state authorities if required.
