Professional Use of Technology
Staff shall use School-provided technology resources solely for professional purposes. Staff responsibilities include:
- Protecting confidentiality of student and School data
- Using secure login procedures and MFA
- Avoiding storage of sensitive data on personal devices
- Communicating with students only via School-approved platforms
- Reporting suspected security incidents immediately
Violations may result in disciplinary action.
Social Media Conduct
Staff shall:
- Maintain professional boundaries with students
- Avoid connecting with students via personal social media accounts
- Refrain from posting confidential School information
- Use School-approved platforms for official communications
