- Insurance certificates
Student & Family Agreements
Families sign:
- Enrollment agreements
- Tuition/voucher agreements
- Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- Hybrid center safety agreements
- Technology checkout agreements
- Media release forms
- Health & emergency forms
Vendor & Contractor Compliance
Vendors must:
- Sign confidentiality agreements
- Sign Data Privacy Agreements
- Comply with FERPA/COPPA
- Maintain liability insurance
- Follow hybrid safety rules
Vendors working onsite must pass background checks.
