DATA REPORTING
A. Internal Data Use
Teachers regularly analyze assessment data to guide instruction, monitor mastery progression, update individualized learning plans, and inform Student Support Team (SST) referrals. Data review occurs weekly and during professional learning community (PLC) meetings.
B. Reporting to Families
Families receive assessment updates at regular intervals, typically every four to six weeks, through the parent portal, written progress reports, and scheduled conferences.
C. Reporting to State and Oversight Agencies
The School complies with all reporting requirements related to voucher participation, standardized testing, accountability metrics, and financial audits tied to academic performance.
D. Annual Academic Performance Reporting
When required, the School publishes an annual academic performance report containing aggregate and de-identified data, including mastery growth, SEL trends, attendance analytics, and overall assessment outcomes. All reporting is FERPA-compliant.
