DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
Grounds for Disciplinary Action
Employees may face discipline for:
- Violating School policies
- Misconduct or unprofessional behavior
- Failing to meet performance expectations
- Breaching confidentiality
- Violating digital or remotework expectations
Progressive Discipline Process
Depending on the severity of the issue, the School may use:
- Verbal warning
- Written warning
- Performance improvement plan (PIP)
- Suspension
- Termination
The School reserves the right to terminate employment immediately for severe or dangerous violations.
