Multi-Tiered Academic Interventions
Supports are based on:
- IXL data
- LMS analytics
- Teacher observations
- Thrively SEL indicators
- Assessment results
- RLS Individualizer mastery levels
Interventions include:
- Small-group virtual intervention
- 1:1 teacher conferencing
- Targeted skills assignments
- Personalized learning rotations
- Hybrid lab intervention (when available)
Attendance & Engagement Intervention
Attendance tracking includes:
- Live-session presence
- Assignment submissions
- LMS log-ins
- Thrively check-ins
- IXL minutes
- Teacher verification
When disengagement is observed, interventions follow:
- Tier 1: Teacher outreach
- Tier 2: Parent contact
- Tier 3: SST meeting
- Tier 4: Individual engagement plan
- Tier 5: Required hybrid center attendance (if offered)
Chronic Absenteeism Support
Students missing 10%+ of instructional days are flagged as chronically absent.
Interventions may include:
- Weekly check-ins
- Family support meetings
- Structured attendance plan
- Required hybrid attendance (if feasible)
- Voucher compliance notifications
PSAP (Private School Accommodation Plans)
The School provides accommodations—not IEP services—including:
- Extended time
- Modified assignments
- Preferential virtual seating
- Breakout support
- Hybrid intervention (as available)
- Simplified instructions
PSAPs are developed collaboratively and reviewed twice per year.
Parents must provide:
- Medical or psychological documentation
- Diagnosis information
- Optional IEP summaries or past evaluations
Service Delivery for Students with Disabilities
The School coordinates (but does not deliver) public special education services.
Privately obtained services may be integrated when permitted by voucher law.
Hybrid sessions may be scheduled for students needing in-person support.
English Learner (EL) Services

Services Include:
