Make-Up Work After Absence
Students with excused absences must:
- Make up work within 5 days
- Communicate with teachers
- Complete missed assessments
- Catch up on IXL and Thrively tasks
Teachers must provide reasonable timelines.
Extended Absence Policy
For absences longer than 5 days:
- Parent must contact administration
- A temporary Individualizer learning plan may be created
- Virtual tutoring or hybrid support may be arranged
