PASSWORD & ACCESS CONTROL POLICY
Access Authorization
System access is granted based on role and job function. Access permissions are:
- Logged and monitored
- Reviewed quarterly
- Revoked immediately upon termination or role change
Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Password Management
- Passwords must meet School-established complexity standards
- Multi-factor authentication is required where available
- Sharing login credentials is prohibited
Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including loss of system access.
