PUBLIC REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
Internal Dashboards
Departments maintain realtime dashboards for:
- Attendance
- IXL and mastery data
- Behavior and SEL indicators
- Hybrid center operations
- Staff evaluation progress
- Financial and enrollment metrics
Dashboards are reviewed weekly for continuous monitoring.
Public Reporting (As Required)
The School publishes required information in compliance with state and voucher regulations, including:
- Annual report
- Financial statements (where required)
- Student performance summaries
- School Improvement Plan highlights
All published materials follow FERPA guidelines and contain only deidentified data.
School Improvement Plan (SIP) Reporting
The SIP includes:
- Vision and mission alignment
- Annual goals and academic priorities
- SEL and school culture targets
- Hybrid center development plans
- Professional development priorities
- Operational and financial sustainability goals
SIP Review and Revision
SIP progress is reviewed:
- Monthly by leadership
- Quarterly with the Board
- Annually with staff
- Through shared summaries with families
Revisions occur based on data trends, family/student feedback, accreditation needs, and operational changes. The Board approves the SIP annually.
