3–5 year plan reviewed annually covering academics, hybrid expansion, technology, finance, enrollment, staff development, community engagement
School Improvement Plan
Annual SIP includes academic goals, SEL, attendance, PD, parent engagement, tech upgrades, fiscal priorities
Report progress quarterly
Risk Management & Oversight
Annual risk assessments (cybersecurity, finances, safety, crisis response, compliance, insurance)
