Organizational Structure
Board of Directors
Currently, AI EDGE ACADEMY does not have a formal Board of Directors. As the academy grows, we are committed to establishing a diverse and experienced board to provide strategic oversight, approve major policies, and ensure alignment with our mission and regulatory requirements.
Executive Leadership
The executive leadership team is responsible for daily management, curriculum development, technology integration, and stakeholder engagement.

Aleksandr Naroditskiy, School Director
Oversees all academic, operational, and strategic aspects of AI EDGE ACADEMY. With a background in educational leadership and a passion for STEM innovation, Aleksandr is dedicated to building an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
Director of Curriculum
Responsible for developing and maintaining rigorous, innovative STEM curricula aligned with state and national standards.
Technical Director
Oversees technology infrastructure, digital learning platforms, and supports the integration of advanced tech in teaching and learning.
Customer Support Manager
Ensures timely, compassionate support for students, families, and staff, and manages communication channels.
