HYBRID CENTER FAMILY POLICIES
Parent Access Policy
Parents may:
- Enter hybrid centers at designated times
- Attend family events
- Volunteer (background check required)
Parents may NOT:
- Roam freely during instructional sessions
- Enter student areas without permission
- Use hybrid spaces for personal business
Volunteer Policy
Volunteers must:
- Complete background checks
- Receive training
- Follow safety rules
- Supervise only under staff direction
- Never be left alone with students
Family Safety & Conduct Policy
Parents must follow:
- Check-in and check-out procedures
- Visitor badge requirements
- Code of conduct rules
- Parking and safety regulations
Failure to comply may result in restricted access.
