Required Documentation for All Field Trips
Field trips require:
- Signed permission slips
- Updated emergency contact forms
- Disclosure of medical needs
- Chaperone agreements
- Transportation rosters
Students cannot participate without completed documentation.
Overnight & Extended Travel Documentation
These trips additionally require:
- Board approval
- Parent information meetings
- Additional permission forms
- Updated emergency contacts
- Medical clearance, if needed
Virtual Field Experience Conduct & Documentation
Students must:
- Remain on camera unless accommodations apply
- Engage respectfully
- Use appropriate chat messages
- Follow teacher instructions
- Complete assigned work or reflections
Students removed for behavior may receive alternative assignments.
