A business applies to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED). Individuals join a special purpose entity that applies for its members.
Pennsylvania businesses, and individuals through a special purpose entity, can direct part of the state tax they already owe to scholarships for K-12 students.

After approval, the gift is made within 60 days to an approved scholarship organization, for scholarships to AI Edge Academy students.
75% of your gift for a one-year commitment, or 90% each year when you commit to two years in a row.

Cost shown before any federal deduction. One year of tuition is $8,000 online, $10,000 for the on-site academic year, and $12,000 for the on-site year-round program.
For students whose home public school is on the state low-achieving list and whose families meet the income limit. Up to $8,500 a year, or $15,000 for a student with a disability.
