Learning options
How does learning work at AI Edge Academy?
AI Edge Academy offers Kindergarten through Grade 12 education through online, on-site, and hybrid learning options. Online students access instruction, assignments, communication, and school resources remotely. On-site programs include in-person learning at AI Edge Academy campuses. Hybrid learning combines online instruction with in-person support based on program availability.

What grade levels does AI Edge Academy serve?
AI Edge Academy serves students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. All learning formats are part of the Academy’s K–12 educational program.
Where are on-site programs offered?
Current on-site learning is available at AI Edge Academy’s Southampton, Pennsylvania campus. Program schedules and availability may vary by grade level and learning option.
Is hybrid learning available?
Hybrid learning combines K–12 online instruction with in-person support based on program availability.

Can international students enroll?
International students may apply to the online K–12 program and participate from their home country or another location. Online instruction is delivered remotely, so participation in the online program does not require a U.S. student visa.

Getting started
Admissions and enrollment
How do I begin the admissions process?
A parent or guardian begins by submitting a free online registration request. Admissions reviews the submitted information and may request academic records or other supporting documents. Accepted families then complete the Enrollment Agreement, required acknowledgments, payment setup, and onboarding.
Use the Register New Student page to begin. Submitting the request starts the admissions review but does not complete enrollment.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. There is no fee to apply or submit the initial registration request, and no payment is collected through that request.
What information or documents may be required?
Families should be prepared to provide:
- Student and parent or guardian information
- The grade level for which the student is applying
- The student’s most recent report card, transcript, or academic records
- Prior school information
- IEP, 504 Plan, or other learning-support documents, if applicable
- Additional documents requested during the admissions review

Is a placement assessment required?
A placement assessment or academic review may be required based on the student’s records, grade level, readiness, and selected program. Admissions will explain the placement process when it applies.
Can a student begin at any time during the year?
AI Edge Academy accepts applications throughout the year. A student’s start date depends on program availability, admissions review, grade placement, completion of required documents, and onboarding.
Do families register through a third-party platform?
Families submit student information through AI Edge Academy’s secure School Information System. The admissions team guides families through registration, enrollment, account setup, and onboarding.

Where can families review tuition?
Current tuition, payment terms, refund rules, additional fees, and stipend eligibility are published on the Tuition, Refund, and Stipend Policy page.
What is the Registration Fee / Enrollment Deposit?
The Registration Fee / Enrollment Deposit applies to each student for each school year. It is included in the published tuition amount, is not an additional charge, and is non-refundable. It helps cover enrollment paperwork, student technology and account setup, and administrative and office costs.

Does AI Edge Academy offer tuition discounts?
AI Edge Academy does not offer tuition discounts. The Academic Performance Stipend is a separate incentive and is not a tuition discount. Eligibility requirements and limitations are explained in the Tuition, Refund, and Stipend Policy.
What happens if a student withdraws?
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of withdrawal. The Registration Fee / Enrollment Deposit remains non-refundable. Review the complete refund schedule in the Tuition, Refund, and Stipend Policy.

Can parents monitor their child’s progress?
Yes. Parents or guardians receive access to school systems and communication tools used to review assignments, grades, schedules, academic progress, and school updates.
Does the Academy support students with disabilities or additional learning needs?
AI Edge Academy reviews each student’s needs individually and discusses reasonable accommodations and available support options when applicable. Families should provide an IEP, 504 Plan, evaluation, or other relevant documentation during the admissions review.
The availability of a specific accommodation or service depends on the student’s needs, program format, eligibility, staffing, and available school or outside resources. Admission does not guarantee every requested service.
Are clubs, STEM activities, and enrichment opportunities available?
AI Edge Academy may offer online or on-site clubs, technology projects, STEM activities, competitions, and enrichment opportunities. Offerings depend on the academic calendar, grade level, staffing, enrollment, and program availability.
How can a family ask a question before applying?
Families can request an information packet before submitting a registration request. The admissions team can explain learning formats, documentation, availability, and next steps.
