Students are placed in grade levels and courses that best support academic success, based on a comprehensive review of academic, developmental, and diagnostic data.
Placement Criteria:
- Age and grade-level standards
- Prior academic records
- Diagnostic assessments (e.g., reading and math)
- Social-emotional learning data
- Parent input and teacher observations
The School reserves the right to adjust placement during the academic year based on demonstrated mastery or instructional needs.
Transfers & Records Release:
- Records are transferred within 5–10 business days upon verified request
- Transfers comply with FERPA and privacy regulations
- Records are released only after account clearance and device return
- Digital records are encrypted and transmitted securely
