During a crisis, only official school leadership may release information.
Staff must not:
- Share unconfirmed information
- Speculate publicly
- Post about the incident on personal social media
Official school crisis communication channels include:
- SMS alerts
- Website notices
- Live updates (if required)
- Media statements
Internal Emergency Communication
In emergencies:
- Staff receive instructions from administration
- Communication channels must remain open
- Staff must follow confidentiality rules
