REFUND POLICY
Refunds are issued only in accordance with this policy and applicable state and voucher regulations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted for:
- Overpayments
- Enrollment cancellation prior to the start of school
- Approved special circumstances
- Prorated tuition for early withdrawal (if applicable)
Non-Refundable Items
- Application and enrollment fees
- Technology and hybrid materials fees
- Partial-month attendance
- Loss of voucher eligibility
Voucher-funded tuition is returned to the state when required and cannot be refunded directly to families.
Processing Timeline
- Electronic refunds: within 30 days
- Mailed checks: within 45 days
