The School implements progressive interventions to support families while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Delinquency Timeline
- 15 Days Past Due: Reminder notice issued
- 30 Days Past Due: Late fee applied; loss of optional services
- 45 Days Past Due: Administrative review and parent conference
- 60 Days Past Due: Financial probation; possible restriction of hybrid access
- 90 Days Past Due: Possible withdrawal or collections (as permitted by law)
The School will not remove students from mandatory academic programs solely for non-payment but may limit non-academic privileges.
Returned Payments
Returned or failed payments result in:
- Returned payment fee
- Reversal of credited funds
- Possible restriction to certified payment methods
