- Staff professional development progress
- Financial and operational health
Quarterly reports are provided to the Board of Directors.
Annual School Improvement Review
At the end of each year, the School conducts a full review that includes:
- Analysis of academic, behavioral, SEL, operational, and engagement data
- Identification of strengths and improvement opportunities
- Revisions to the School Improvement Plan (SIP)
- Sharing of highlights with staff and families
Leadership Walkthroughs & Digital Observations
Administrators conduct:
- Virtual instructional observations
- Learning Management System (LMS) structure reviews
- Thrively SEL integration reviews
- Hybrid center walkthroughs
- Technology compliance checks
Feedback is incorporated into coaching and improvement cycles.
