ONLINE DAILY SCHEDULE
The School provides both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced) instruction.
Requirements include:
- Attendance at mandatory live sessions as scheduled
- Weekly completion of asynchronous coursework
- Participation in required assessments and activities
- Reliable internet access provided by families
Accommodation plans may adjust participation expectations when appropriate.
Digital attendance in the online program is documented through:
- Daily login activity
- Completion of required assignments
- Participation in live sessions
- Direct teacher-student interactions
Students who fail to meet digital attendance expectations may be referred to interventions, attendance plans, or truancy protocols as required by state voucher laws.
Teachers must provide consistent, published virtual office hours each week. Office hours must:
- Be posted in the LMS
- Allow real-time student support
- Include video or chat options
Teachers must respond to parent emails within 24–48 hours.
