ACADEMIC YEAR STRUCTURE
The School publishes an annual online academic calendar that includes:
- First and last day of school
- Testing windows (virtual or hybrid)
- Parent training and orientation events
Any changes to the academic calendar must be approved by administration and communicated electronically through official school channels.
Hybrid learning centers will be added gradually and strategically based on:
- Enrollment demand
- Staffing availability
- Facility readiness
- Compliance with local zoning and safety regulations
- Budget capacity
Families will receive at least 30 days’ notice prior to any hybrid center expansion in their region.
