- Ensuring mission fidelity
- Monitoring financial sustainability and reserves
- Overseeing accreditation timelines
- Approving major expansion and multi-site decisions
Executive Leadership Team
Responsible for:
- Developing strategic goals and implementation plans
- Managing execution of the strategic plan
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Leading school improvement cycles
- Reporting progress and risks to the Board
Staff Participation
Staff contribute through:
- Annual surveys and focus groups
- Professional Learning Community (PLC) feedback loops
- Data analysis sessions
- Professional development reflections
Family & Student Engagement
Opportunities for input include:
