SCHOOLWIDE BEHAVIOR FRAMEWORK
The School maintains a positive, strengths-based student behavior framework grounded in Thrively SEL practices, restorative conversations, and clear behavioral expectations across both online and hybrid environments. The purpose of the framework is to support student growth, safety, accountability, and skill development—not to punish, shame, or exclude.

The Schoolwide behavior framework is designed to:
- Promote self-regulation and socially responsible decision-making
- Build digital citizenship and responsible technology use
- Create safe, inclusive learning environments
- Support engaged participation and academic success
- Teach and reinforce expected behaviors through explicit instruction
- Address conflict and misconduct through restorative practices when appropriate
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and School policies
