Required Hybrid Testing Events
Hybrid testing centers are utilized for high-stakes or controlled assessments, including state-required testing, benchmark assessments, make-up sessions, retests, and other designated evaluations.
Hybrid Testing Environment Standards
All hybrid testing environments must be quiet, supervised, free from distractions, equipped with functional technology, and accessible in accordance with ADA requirements.
Student Check-In Procedures
Students are required to arrive on time, present identification if required, store personal belongings securely, and review testing expectations prior to beginning the assessment.
In-Person Test Security Measures
During in-person testing, students must use School-approved devices. Personal items such as phones and bags are stored separately, seating is appropriately spaced, restroom breaks are supervised, and proctors actively monitor testing conditions.
